I just discovered this new wall by accident while walking the tracks recently in New Haven. I think you'll all agree, the work is not only excellent and extremely well done, it's also very interesting and totally original.
This wall is obviously by "Permission Only" and will be watched very closely. Because of that, I hope I won't be seeing any of the usual "junk" that's common with so many other walls. Time will tell.

Sorry about the poor quality of the pictures on the right. The sun was at a bad angle and created a lot of bright spots that I didn't notice until it was too late.
